Great location just 5 minutes away from Vichayito Beach 🏖️ and right on the beachfront. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

the a twin room had basic facilities you need, climate control and cable television. location: the hotel was next to the beach area, restaurant, and the ocean.

Perfect and amazing location in a really beautiful area not far from the beach, Mancora and restaurant. 15 minutes walk to Condominio Aldea Vichayito. Good food, clean room with a/c and TV, as for instance: )

The room was clean and had a nice view of the sea, and it included a shower and towels.

This place is in a stunning area close to Playa Vichayito, Mancora, and restaurants, making it a perfect spot near the beach.

The hotel is located right by the beach area, perfect for those who want to wake up to the sound of the waves. the rooms are spacious and include modern amenities such as air conditioning and DirectTV channels. the pool area is beautiful, ideal for lounging and enjoying the ocean view.

The breakfast options were too simple and not filling enough.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this beachfront hotel. The hotel's perfect location right in front of the calm and beautiful beach is definitely one of the best aspects. The small number of bungalows provided a familiar touch and ensured a quiet and relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the tasty food, especially the seafood dishes.

We did notice some areas that need improvement. The breakfast was rather simple and could be improved by offering more options like fruits and vegetarian meals.

The beachfront location is amazing, offering a serene environment to relax. the hotel has limited rooms, hence a more personalized service. the food and drink prices are affordable, making it unnecessary to venture far from the premises.

The breakfast is lackluster and needs an improvement. the staff at times lacks the motivation to deliver excellent service, with some working at a rather slow pace.

I loved the hotel facilities, including thevery comfy and tidy rooms with a great ocean view and air conditioning. The hotel's location right next to the beach was perfect for our beach vacation. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the convenient on-site parking. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day of exploring.

The hotel even provided a crib and changing table for our baby, a thoughtful touch. the manager, Francisco, was friendly and made us feel welcome. we had a fantastic experience at Kokoa Hotel and would highly recommend it.
